Destination: WI- Part 1

Happy Tuesday! I'm writing this post from little Port Washington, Wisconsin...which is the cutest town right on Lake Michigan. I have loved this place since I first visited here about 5 years ago. Always makes me want to up & leave Ohio because it's so scenic and unlike Youngstown, has sidewalks. Seriously, we don't have sidewalks where I'm from. WTF?

Anyways, the road trip here was pretty uneventful, besides the huge storm that we drove through as soon as we got in the thick of the traffic in Chicago. Oh, and by "we", I mean my boyfriend Josh & I, but you already know that if you follow me on instagram ;)

I'm seriously looking forward to the rest of our week here in WI and I'll be instagramming and updating as much as possible to capture & share all of the amazingness that is Port Washington and Milwaukee :)

    1. haha, I know you guys do! It's so funny...My cousin actually knew this guy from IL and as soon as he found out my boyfriend was originally from WI, the jabs never ended. It really is a beautiful state, even though when I first thought about visiting I was like no way, Wisconsin is probably one big farm. LOL.

  4. I love that you paired the dinosaur top with such a feminine skirt, its bad ass. I hope you're having a great trip. Its funny because I feel like so many cool bloggers I follow are from the midwest area, so many I like to talk to and read about that Ive always thought it'd be cool to do a blogger meet up, even though Im pretty shy. Cause I swear I follow blogs of at least like 5 people who even live in Chicago like me. Sorry you being close by in Milwaukee inspired me to talk about it.
