WEEKLY RESOLUTIONS NO.1




Hello, everyone! The one thing I love about Mondays is that it starts a brand new work/school week, filled with good intentions and new goals. Instead of setting one or two BIG goals for the year of 2016, I create weekly resolutions so I don't overwhelm myself with the big picture.
Since the week has begun, here are a few of my goals:

Put my phone down. I have sat at way too many dinner tables last year while every single person (including myself) was occupied on their phone the whole time.

Expect to get my work done in a timely manner. This will probably be a recurring goal because I am a natural-born procrastinator. However, since my school schedule is light this semester it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Show up. I didn't do a great job of this last year. I felt totally disconnected with the world and people around me because of my stresses in school and my previous work. Now that it's a fresh new start, I plan on being present during conversation, going to all of my classes, and not let my mind wander into the next worry too much.

PS- I am changing my posting schedule on here and for my YouTube channel. Expect to see posts on the blog every Monday and Wednesday and new videos every Wednesday and Friday!
